They do not have emails or forms on their website, so your best shot is to call them directly (Mon, Tues or Thurs between 8:00am and 4:30pm) As an alternative, you can check out PennDot's website. PennDot may not cover all the bridges in Newville, but they do maintain the bridges on state (main) routes.
